Tips for Hanging a Print
-
Wearing gloves when hanging your print is a great way to avoid smudges.
Metal Prints are easy to clean, so if you do get fingerprints on your Metal Print while hanging it, don’t worry. Use a clean, lint-free cloth to wipe off the print. Water, non-ammonia glass cleaner, or isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol can be used without harming the print surface.
-
Measure the Metal Print or Matted Print and the wall to make sure it is centered in your space.
Use a level to determine accurate horizontal and vertical spacing for the Metal Print or Matted Print.
-
The back of your metal print is an aluminum frame, the “light frame” that has a depth of 1 inch.
No wire is required to hang your metal print. You can use the top of the light frame to connect to the hardware.
You can also hang your Metal Print using wire. Vinyl Coated Stranded Stainless Steel Picture Wire is a good choice.

Your Matted Print will need to be taken to a frame shop for framing. Please discuss hanging options with the frame shop.
